GREENWICH — Elementary physical education teachers from Greenwich Public Schools are once again leading “Orientation Adventure Days,” an interdisciplinary project that combines fitness, map reading and team building skills. Physical education teachers, Camp Seton Scout Reservation staff and all fifth graders from GPS’s 11 elementary schools will participate in a day of adventure this week.
The event is designed to give students the opportunity to meet and interact with students who will be in their sixth grade class at college next year.
Orienteering Adventure Days, a GPS tradition for nearly two decades, take place at Camp Seton Scout Reservation in Greenwich.
